I’m taking part in The Irish Hospice Foundation Cycle Challenge 2018 to cycle 600km from Croatia, through Slovenia and finishing in Italy on Sunday 24th of June 2018 . 

I've chosen to fundraise for The Irish Hospice Foundation . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.

This will be my 5th hospice cycle to help raise much needed funds for their Nurses for Night Care service. The Nurses provide homecare throughout the night and fulfil peoples wishes to die at home with dignity, by enabling them to spend their final days at home in their own bed, with their families by their side.

This is a very worthy cause, that provides immeasurable end of life care to adults, children and families in need, and your support would be very much appreciated.
