My sister and myself seen a perfect opportunity while hearing the event on the radio, to help raise money for this essential charity. With continuous news reports coming up in the news, we believe that helping to raise funds for this charity will continue to help these victims who suffered sexual assault, rape or childhood sexual abuse. The DRCC help victims with the use of conselling service, a 24hr helpline, and support with the law enforcements in regards to court cases. In 2017 all recorded sexual offences rose by almost 17% with rape up 28% and sexual assault up 15%. These are very significant increases, not even taking into account the people who have not come forward to this day. We hope to raise more awareness while fundraising about consent, and hope to help this charity help other people in their struggle. Both my sister and myself have Donate pages up, so if you would like to donate on either any amount you can, it would be greatly appreciated.
