Well done Rob, running the Cork City marathon must be a bit like being a Norwich City supporter - before it starts you have high hopes of doing well, there's lots of ups and downs throughout the journey, you're made sweat every step of the way, you hit the wall just as it gets to the crucial stage and by the end you're just happy to get over the finish line without soiling yourself!
