So it's that time of year again... every year I do the mini marathon for a charity that's close to my heart, but this year is an extra special one - I was welcomed into the My Lovely Horse Rescue family four months ago and I'm still amazed every day at the love and energy that goes into this place and everything they do, even though everyone is a volunteer, they save hundreds of animals , not just horses, and even rescued me when I had nowhere to live, helped me to stay in college and not have to part with my furbabies - something that means so much I still can't put it into words.
