Last year while out walking I met a family who had a child with Autism. They also had an assistance dog. I got talking to the mother, who told me how this dog had changed the lives of the whole family. They were all able to leave the house now and go for family days out together. Just simple every day things we all take for granted. Before the dog arrived their child's anxiety level would have prevented them from doing simple things.
IT COSTS €15,000 AND TWO YEARS TO TRAIN EACH DOG TO THE STANDARD THAT WILL MAKE A LASTING DIFFERENCE TO A CHILD WITH AUTISM. AADI RECEIVE NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING. ALL MONEY IS RAISED THROUGH THE KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY OF DONORS AND FUNDRAISING EVENTS.. AADI RECEIVE NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING. We are a National Childrens' charity (CHY 19293) with our headquarters in Little Island, Co CorkOur charity provides a valuable service that has life changing effects for both the children on the spectrum and their families.We provide our dogs free of charge but each dog costs us in the region of €25,000 to train and with no gov
