The last two years, I was lucky enough to take part in the Strip and Dip skinny dip raising money for Aoibheanns Pink Tie. For me, it was all about liberation and empowerment through a bit of exposure! It truly was one of the best things I have ever done. I was hoping this year would be the hat-trick, but that is not now possible. So, instead, I've decided on a different sort of exposure by shaving my head on Saturday 16th May 2020. Sure, if you're going to ever do it, a lockdown has to be the best time.... And hopefully some liberation and empowerment along with some sparkly short grey hair will follow?
