I'm heading over to London to participate in the Prudential Ride London Cycle on the 29th July and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try and raise some money for Pieta House, which is a charity that offers free help to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self harm.

The cycle is 100 miles (160km) through the streets of London and into Surrey. Link with more information about the event is below for anyone interested.
