Break anythjing that's fixed and Voila.
So, After all the improbable;
All I had to do was pedal. Eat. Pedal.
Or so I thought.
To Derek 'The Alps' Ruddy; thanks for the loan of the road bike,
and the advice on drinking fluids.
Without either I'd still be in a ditch sleeping in Mullingar.
To Paul and Ryan of 'Granny Fondo' Malin to Mizen Head; thanks for the chat and
the inspiration; Well done lads. 400 miles is something in anyones' book.

To all the drivers who passed the man in yellow; Thank you for giving a cyclist 1.5M+.
It is a God-send to find that respect on the roads. Saves a life.
To the local councils who put the road distance signs up that read the same distance after 1.2km; Use your sat nav.
That just isn't funny, and I mean that.
For those who don't know; There is a cycle path open from Athlone to Mullingar
on the old railroad track; Paved. Take it.
I didn't and paid the price of the 'L' road slaughter.
If it wasn't for the genes my Mother left me with I would not have made half the journey.
To all ordinary people; I witnessed a so-called 'unable' man on the train to Galway make his seat,
and through an extrodinary effort, actually sit down.
This was something more than I hoped I would ever attempt.
Out of respect I said nothing.
What I should have said was what I was thinking;
That;
'Nothing I can ever achieve will surpass what you have just done'.
All lives matter always.
Life can be sometimes about the pain you are going through, and more importantly what you do to overcome it.
More is the word.
Everything besides that is a friday evening where all the week has gone right and the dog smiles.
To those who think they can't; Please reconsider.
The now irrelevenet hills I met were everything then.
You will find what you need in the journey. Inside where the world don't see.
Go for it.
