I am joining Trevor to help him in this challenge in order to raise awareness about suicide and suicide prevention. Six of us are hoping to complete this challenge over the August bank holiday weekend. The team will consist of Trevor Wilson, Hugo Duggan, James Mc Fadden, John Mc Fadden and myself, all guided by Bernard Geraghty.

Here goes....I know most of you know I lost my father nearly a year ago, as has many a family in our world. This is part of the reason why I want to do something to make more awareness on suicide and suicide prevention. I have chosen to do the 4 peaks challenge in aid of pieta house. I have asked a guide to guide us up the mountains and a few close family and friends to join and help me along the way. As in life we all have our mountains to climb no matter how small or how high. So do not be afraid or worried or proud to ask for that guidance or help from those around you who is willing to help you reach the summit....
