This is my third year to take part in the Galway Memorial Walk in memory of my Granny Mary Keane. The Hospice was unbelievably fantastic support to my family during my grannys final weeks and days and I do this walk to help support the Hospice as a 'thank you' to them in all their great work. The walk takes place on September 9th commencing at 12 noon from Claddagh Hall to Blackrock and return.

About the Cause
Galway Hospice Foundation
Galway Hospice Foundation is a voluntary organisation. It was established in 1986 when a group of local doctors and nurses came together with a view to developing hospice services for the people of Galway city and county, as no such services existed there at the time.
