Very unexpectedly James left us on the 18th June this year just a few weeks after moving over to New Zealand to begin a new adventure and experience life and work in different climates. The sense of loss we his family and friends felt was further compounded by how far away from home he was when he died.
This is where The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust stepped in, they brought James home to us. What was the most difficult time in our lives was made so much easier by The Trust who in a phone call told us “don’t worry everything is sorted”.
We will be eternally grateful to them for looking after James and getting him home to us so quickly and without fuss. They assisted us in more than just one way, assistance which cannot ever be fully repaid.
In turn we his family and friends would like to ‘pay it forward’ by raising money for The KBRT and helping others who sadly find themselves in the same circumstances.
