On Sunday 23rd September 2018 myself and Tom are taking part in the Great Dublin Bike Ride in aid of Purple House Cancer Support. As most of you are aware, very close friends of ours Cathy & Cathal, had their world turned upside down in 2013 when their only son Dylan was diagnosed with Leukemia. After a long and difficult battle when they finally thought that they were through the worst the unthinkable happened and Dylan relapsed in 2017. Purple House Cancer Support were there with them both times, offering them a place to talk, a place to cry, a place to laugh, a place to relax but most importantly a place to HOPE. Thankfully Dylan is now one year post transplant and Purple House are still there supporting Dylan and his family to navigate life after cancer. Every day someone’s world is turned upside down by cancer and no family should have to face that alone. Purple House Cancer Support are there to support families through it all. We appreciate any support you can give. Read more about Great Dublin Bike Ride
