Hey all,

As some of you know, my youngest brother Senan was born with dwarfism. While Senan has never allowed his disability to stand in his way, as his family the impact that mobility has on his daily life, is abundantly clear. Senan faces constant barriers in everyday life such as getting someone's attention in a shop to opening the fridge and has huge difficulties walking long distances or for long periods. 

The Little People of Ireland (LPI) is a charity that provide mobility equipment, facilities and support for children just like Senan. They have provided invaluable support to Senan and our family. 

On the 10th of November 2018 in Westport, I will be doing the Sea to Summit Challenge to raise funds for LPI.

For anyone who knows me the idea of me running up a mountain in the Winter provides its own reward!!
