Hi there!

My name is Joy and in the new year I will be doing a charity skydive in aid of Chronic Pain Ireland, a fantastic charity which provides invaluable supports to those who suffer from chronic pain, ranging form things such as practical workshops for issues such as pain manangement and getting to sleep, to a support phone line. 

This is a cause close to my heart as while I do not suffer from a chronic pain condition, my best friend and my uncle do, and I have seen up close the massive impact their pain has had on their lives. Therefore I decided I wanted to raise awareness of the conditions that they and so many others sufer from, as well as raising money for the incredible charity that does so much for those affected.
