In recent years I have seen how difficult life can be for someone with Parkinson's disease.

My uncle has Parkinson's and I think that he and his family are showing incredible strength and courage during this harrowing experience.

I want to try and do something to help people with Parkinson's disease and I have decided to fundraise for the Galway Parkinsons Assocation and the Parkinsons Association of Ireland.

I'm Cycling Home for Christmas this year, cycling from Galway and visiting families in Meath and Cavan. The total distance will be over 450km.
