We are delighted to have 18 very brave athletes taking on one of our toughest challenges - the 24 Hour AMRAP!! 

From 11am on Saturday the 15th of December to 11am 16th of December we will be completing a variety of workouts over the course of 24 hours - this will be tough both physically & mentally! 

We have chosen to fundraise of LARCC as they provide much needed support to people & their families affected by Cancer in the Midlands - unfortunately there are very few people who haven't been affected by cancer in some way.
