Having left his wife Tracey and their 3 young boys that Saturday morning all seemed normal. As he chatted to everyone in the gym Craig was in great spirits as usual, we talked to each other like always before. Later that morning Craig, only 35, went to Roscommon hospital with chest pains, little did I or Tracey realise it was the last time we would see him alive.
