Hi Everyone,

I am running the Cork City Marathon this year for Marymount Hospice. This is my first  marathon and no better place to do it that in cork city. The real reason for this is to raise a few pound for such a good cause that is Marymount Hospice. There isn’t someone or somebody’s family that we don’t know that hasn’t been effected by Cancer. Well it came to our door last year which was one of the hardest years we have ever put down as a family. All I can say is my Dad never complained and fought it to the end. Unfortunately he passed away last August above in Marymount Hospice. The care he got up there was second to none and as my dad would say “ you could travel the world you would never meet nicer people angles they where”I think that says it all. So I decided to try and raise a few pound while getting a small bit fit,so if ye could help out that would be great.
