The Gavin Glynn Foundation is a cause that brings a massive amount of help to those in their hour of need, it helps those who are struggling emotionally or financially, I cant think of a more worthy cause. On the 12th of July 2019 I will run from Galway to Dublin in one go to try help raise money for this amazing cause, please take a look at the website https://tggf.ie/ and if possible donate whatever you can spare.
