I'm taking part in Sunrise Up Croagh Patrick on Saturday 29th of June 2019 because the resources for early diagnosis and advice to people who discover developing symptoms - and their families - is SADLY LACKING in our great little country (ROI).
There are 5 (yes, only 5) nurses specialising in caring for Parkinsons covering ALL of Ireland, 4 for Motor Neuro Disease and NONE - ZERO for Huntingtons.
Our funds will go to providing more specialised resource - so people who disciver they have symptoms have HELP and ADVICE....
Our chosen charities are therefore Huntington’s Disease Association of Ireland (HDAI), Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, Young Parkinson Ireland .
I hope you can help me by donating whatever you can. Simply click the Donate button above. All donations are processed securely.
