Hi y'all...
Many of you might know that I am a mindfulness teacher and I have been teaching a compassion based mindfulness programme to caregivers (those working on the frontlines of society) in Dublin at the Sanctuary, where I work.
We are raising money so that we can deliver this programme to family caregivers for free. So for those who have had to stop work or limit work or for those whose lives have been limited as a result of dedicating their lives to caring for a loved one in the home.
Our event is a sponsored Dawn Chorus in the Phoenix Park on May 3rd at 4am- International Dawn Chorus Day. What makes this Dawn Chorus special is the Dublin Gospel Choir will be singing a response.
