Well it took nearly a double marathon on the final day but i managed to do 27*27,000 steps overall from June 1-27.. including 2801 floors climbed, a total of 554.54 km (344 miles) ; Today i had hoped to spend 270 mins on our 27+1 stairs steps and reach 720 floors.. It took me 300 mins on the stairs to get a total of 808 floors.. and 63,362 steps (28.93 miles) ; It was great fun ; lots of sweat and aching feet and legs, but heyho.. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to these worthy Brain Condition Charities ; maybe next year join us as a participant.. In Memory of Eleanor, Christy, Sean & Oonagh gone before your time. Ive now completed 21.6 Virtual SunriseupCroaghPatricks (27,000 steps) in 25 days, i have 3 days left to do 4 more,
including a 4.5 hours climb on my 27(+1) steps in my house here in Kent. I've no idea how that will go.. fingers crossed.. roll on Sunday :)
However small amount you can donated to these 3 braincondidtion charities, it will make a huge difference to getting specialist care out to those with condidtions.. Bless you All..

It's all the "27's" in my Virtual Sunriseupcroaghpatrick Challenge.. I have 27 (+1) steps in my house ; I'm aiming to climb up and down them over 772 times, in 720 minutes on June 27.. which will take over 27,000 steps and use up close to 2700 calories.. I'm going to be training throughout June and putting those numbers into the challenge as well.. Thankfully Fitbit will do all the counting for me.. Looking forward to everybody joining in and getting themselves mobile in June.. Pass on the challenge.. Thank you.
