16 years ago when I met my now husband I didn't know very much about CF. Moving on 16 years there is still alot I don't know:
I don't know how it feels to breath with CF.
I don't know how it feels to get up Every morning and have hours of nebulizers and physio to do and again at night.
I don't know how it feels to spend weeks on end in hospital fighting an infection.
But what I do know is how it feels to watch someone you love go through this and more.
I have seen the courage, strength, bravery and pure determination it takes to have CF.
I have also seen the amazing advances being made for CF,
New dedicated CF units being built and huge breakthroughs in treatments. Alot of this is down to fundraising and awareness.
Robert has ran marathons fundraising and raising awareness for CF so now it's my turn to take some inspiration. This is why I have signed up for one in 1000 virtual 10k.
