Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. It's been a roller coaster couple of weeks with my Coffee Morning just 4 days before the Tour which, thanks to tremendous help from many of my great family members, friends and neighbours, was a great success. (This video will give a little taste of the the day. https://youtu.be/c4sTfLzva9c?si=P34vk4SdLxPXuInl then the Tour itself during which I took over one thousand photos with over 400 of them shared on social media. Immediately following the tour I commenced the Tour Video: Tour de Munster 2023 Unchained, and the first episode of four was released just today August 22nd on the Tour de Munster YouTube channel. https://youtu.be/E6Pad4_fv8U?si=2aMK9PSjjZF2iC7i I hope that you enjoy it and that it will bring you a flavour of the true spirit of the Tour. Meanwhile our Monday and Wednesday evening training spins continue in advance of the Limerick and Kerry SUDS (Saddle Up for Down Syndrome) spins in September so it really is all systems go.
