I am taking part in Spinal Injuries Ireland Virtual Cycle, which starts on Monday 20th of July and continues until Saturday August 22nd. This campaign is in aid of Spinal Injuries Ireland (SII). SII help people with spinal cord injuries s to engage fully in society. They empower them to achieve personal, social and vocational goals, to live independent and fulfilling lives and to become as valued a member of society as they want to be. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button.
