Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page on iDonate.ie

I'm taking part in QUEST Killarney (Cycle, Hike, and Trail Run). I am not an athlete in any shape or form, but have decided to step out of my comfort zone and take on this challenge and have been training for the last few months!

I've chosen to fundraise for CRY Cardiac Risk in the Young . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.

This is a charity, personal to me, which I have availed of in the past. 

Their Trojan Work Includes;

• Raising awareness of the condition known as Sudden Cardiac Death or Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) through media campaigns and information meetings.
• Providing free counselling and support for families affected by sudden death or cardiac conditions.
• Supporting the Centre for Cardiovascular Risk in Younger Persons (CRYP).
