I'm taking part in Virtual Frances Thornton Memorial Galway Bay Swim as part of the Jellyfish Squad Team. Overall we hope to swim 16km throughout the month of August.  I will be taking part in this event as part of great group who have encouraged and supported me in my foray into sea swimming! Without whom I would not be able to complete the kms at all. 
I've chosen to fundraise for Cancer Care West . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause who help to provide cancer care services both in the community and in the professional realm to those affected by cancer whilst also supporting research efforts in patient care for oncology.
