7yr old Dama was very, very sick when she came to us. She has already spent more than 18 months in hospital fighting Leukaemia, and is responding really well to her treatment.

She's now being treated closer to her home and will have to attend outpatient clinic for the next two years in order to beat her cancer.

But her family are poor, and her mother needs your help to get Dama to and from treatment and to take care of the other children at home.

Please give Dama the chance of survival that she deserves.

She has fought long and hard, and we are committed to doing everything we can for her - her life matters!

We Are TLM LPR's are little project requests for funding that arise across all areas of our work. Whether we urgently need something repaired, need special chemotherapy to treat a child, or need your help to safely transport children to their clinical appointments, LPR's can be a whole host of things. All equally important, just like each of our little friends.

We Are TLM is a group of 3 NGOs across Ireland, the UK and Tanzania with a single aim; to provide free and curative childhood cancer care for all children across Tanzania.

Tumaini La Maisha (Hope for Life) operates from our Hub at Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania since 2011. Their Lives Matter UK and Ireland are our sister NGOs that support with advocacy and fundraising since 2015. At our Hub in Muhimbili Hospital we treat hundreds of children with cancer every year.
