Yesaya was readmitted to hospital recently when his cancer - Hodgkin's lymphoma came back. He’s now 20 years old and is staying with his mother in the hospital with the other children. He's camera shy and so we thought we would show you what some of his friends on the ward are getting up to!
Although he’s legally no longer a child, he is still battling a childhood cancer and we will continue to give him the care he needs and deserves. However, when he leaves the main hospital for follow up treatment to manage his disease and pain, he will need adult health insurance in accordance with his age. Please help Yesaya be treated with the dignity and care he deserves. Sponsoring his health insurance, is the only way for him to receive this care as his family is incredibly poor and gave up everything to come to the main hospital with him for his initial care. Show Yesaya that we see him and his life matters. Thank you.

About the Cause
We Are TLM
'We Are TLM' represents a group of International organisations with a shared vision and mission: to care for children with cancer in Tanzania. Although registered separately all three work collaboratively with a single purpose. Tumaini La Maisha (Hope for Life) operates from our Hub at Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Their Lives Matter UK and Ireland are our sister NGOs that support with advocacy and fundraising.
