I will be shaving my beard and head on the 9th of Janurary for Roscommon Mayo Hospice. This is a charity which is very close to our hearts as my mum Shirley was diaganosed with Cancer August 2019 and after a short battle passed away on Janurary 9th 2020. Roscommon Mayo Hospice helped us through a hard few months in our lives and most of all kept my mum as comfortable as possible. Their endless visits checking up on mom adjusting medication to keep her comfortable, night nurses on hand and sometimes they were just someone for mom to talk too but it all made life a little easier. The palliative care nurses, social workers, family therapist and night nurses work tirelessly to ensure the diginity and respect of all thier paitents through their illness and at end of life. Please donate if you can to this very worthy cause and share my page and help me reach my target.
