Croí are a small charity based in the west of Ireland. Their aim is to lead the fight against heart disease and stroke by raising awareness, developing education, prevention & healthy lifestyle programmes, providing CPR and defib training to the general public and so much more!
I lost my mam in 2015 to heart disease so I have been following this charity's journey closesly ever since and donating where I can. From 17th March for 6 weeks I will be participating in Croí's Couch to Wild Adlantic Way challenge! This consists of walking 312KM (the distance of the coast of Co. Kerry) across the 6 week period! 
Times are hard for everyone at the moment but any donation, big or small will make a difference to this charity's journey ❤
