Welcome to and thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I'm taking part in a 750km cycle through Portugal on Friday 19th of May 2023 - starting in Chaves and finishing up in Faro.  This event is in aid of Cycle Against Suicide, a wonderful charity doing big things to remove the stigma around mental health and asking for help.  From bringing programs to schools across the country to setting up buddy programs in communities and companies.  These are much needed supports and awareness events and I am hoping you can help keep them going.  All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.  I hope you can help me by donating whatever you can.  Simply click the Donate button above.  All donations are processed securely.  You can also share my page using Share options below.
