We've decided to take part in the Dr Con 60 Day Challenge - Challenge yourself to a healthier, happier life..
As a team (13 of us), we're going to run, walk and cycle the equivalent of the coast of Ireland... three times!
A Tri-Ireland Triathlon if you will!
We're doing this to support CUH (Cork University Hospital) Charity.
All funds raised here will go directly to refurbishing the older care ward in CUH Hospital - so they can provide the best possible care to the older members of our community.
