I've chosen to fundraise for the charty Jigsaw by taking part in their Revolution Cycle challenge  that runs through the month of September. 

Mental health can affect every aspect of a young person’s life. Jigsaw believe every young person must have the support that’s right for them, whatever they are going through.

Both online and in their services around the country, advice and support is made available to young people aged 12–25 years-old.

Jigsaw do this by giving families, educators, and those who support young people’s mental health ways to cope and the skills to be there for young people. Using their collective power, knowledge and expertise, they make sure that youth mental health is a national and local priority.

All funds raised by me and my colleagues who are also taking part in the Cycling challenge will go directly to this great cause.
