I've taken up this challenge for two reasons. A number of close friends of mine have died by suicide, and aside from the loss of them from our lives there was the devastated loved ones they left behind. The second reason is that Mizen to Malin on a bike is a bucket list tick box for me. I've left the sponsorship till very late in the day as I wasn't confident that I could complete the challenge. Now I think I'm ready. Looking forward to it with trepidation.
