On the 2nd of July we will be cycling 175km of beautiful Kerry coastline in aid of Ard Chúram Dementia Day Care Centre.

Sally is an avid cycler, you'll regularly find her flying around Dublin on her sticker covered bike. Úna on the other hand will have a lot of training to do to keep up with Sally and earn some stickers, but has a good mentor at least!

We chose this charity in honour of our grandad Jim. He suffered with Alzheimer's disease in the last few years of his life and going to services like this in our area gave him such a lift at a difficult time. We are hoping to support Ard Chúram in their mission to improve the quality of life for those with dementia by raising funds.

We would greatly appreciate your help by donating whatever you can. All donations will go directly to Ard Chúram Dementia Day Care Centre.
