I'm doing Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle 2022 in July to fundraise for Breakthrough Cancer Research. Its 180Km in one day - about 8 hours on a bike. Mercifully I'm told its all flat!

It was a wet and wild day in Kerry - never the less 6000 cyclists of all shapes and sizes turned out to tackle the ring and raise money for their chose charities. I made it around in 7 hours and 30 minutes, and was delighted to see these people at the finish line!
