This summer I am hiking ~25k, cycling 100k and running 10k in aid of Breakthrough Cancer Research in memory of dear friends and family who have died fighting cancer. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause and be matched by my company. My objective is to raise €2,000. I would really appreciate it if you could give generously as your donation will be matched.

You can find details about the charity below. In a nutshell the organisation funds research and scientific solutions for the most difficult to treat cancers. 50 years ago breast and prostate cancer survival rates were less than 50%. Thanks to research funding, they're now over 85%.

If anyone wants to join me, I'll be running the Summer Park 10km Series Race 2 at Malahide Castle (July 24th) and cycling my own personal Tour de Waterford over the August bank holiday weekend. The hike is a company event on July 15th.
