Thank you for taking the time to visit my Birthday fundraising page.
I've chosen to fundraise for Open Door Day Centre.   As one of the founding members of Open Door, this charity is very close to my heart.  2 years ago I was diagnosed with a condition (GCA) that has left me without sight in one eye, partial vision in the other and mobility issues.  I now attend Open Door twice a week and I benefit from the Physiotherapy and really enjoy the Art, Woodwork and the social aspect of attending the Centre.  I am committed to doing 100 laps of my garden (each lap takes 5 minutes) tp help raise funds for Open Door.  So far I have raised almost €3,000 through direct iDonate donations, my iDonate page, Facebook donations and offline donations. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
