I'm taking part in Ironman Youghal 2019 on Sunday 23rd of June 2019 .

I've chosen to fundraise for Marymount University Hospital and Hospice . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.

In some way and at some time we will all have been touched by cancer, be that individually, family members, friends, colleagues etc. I have seen first hand the incredible work done at the hospice, not only for patients, but for families and relatives during the toughest of times.
