Last year Barnardos worked with over 20,000 vulnerable children and their families, and this Christmas we want to give them the opportunity to create happy memories that last a lifetime.
We are asking your company, community group or circle of friends to come together to create your own online fundraising page to donate what you can afford, to give vulnerable children a Christmas to remember.
Donate to give a child a warm night’s sleep on Christmas Eve, a full tummy on Christmas day or presents under the tree on Christmas morning.
To set up your group fundraising page just click the ‘Start Fundraising’ button now and enter the required details.
You will then receive an email from iDonate with a link to activate your page, plus login details for your fundraiser account.
You can log in to your fundraiser account at any time to make edits to your group fundraising page, for example, to upload a company logo as your page profile image.
Once your page has been set up, click the share button on that page to share it with your colleagues, friends or group members. They will be able to give the gift of a happy Christmas for a child by selecting a Gift Donation Option and clicking on the 'Buy Gift' button below their chosen gift.
Everyone that donates will have the option to upload their own personal happy memory of Christmas when making a donation.
They will get a personalised image of a snow globe containing their memory sent to them by email to share, along with the donation link, to encourage other to share happy memories and donate to Barnardos this Christmas.
All the shared happy memories will display on the group fundraising page in the 'Shared Memories' section.
