Tuam & District Mental Health Association
TDMHA provide information, support, programmes, and services to members of our community on a range of mental health issues. We are also the main sponsors of our local Community Employment Project (C.E.), deploying staff to voluntary organisations and providing maintenance on local sportsgrounds and support staff to local community organisations.

Tuam & District Mental Health Association is part of a network of Mental Health Associations (MHA’s) throughout Ireland which are affiliated with and share the aims of the national voluntary organisation, Mental Health Ireland.
where your money goes
100% of the money raised for TDMHA goes towards the continued operating costs for the Information Centre and the Community Employment Scheme. We are always looking to improve the services and supports available to the community and our service users.

Tuam & District Mental Health Association is a voluntary organisation founded in 1986 with the mission of promoting positive mental health in the community and actively supporting persons with mental health illnesses.
