We recognise the importance of early intervention and developing communication ability, we provide therapies and activities in this area.
We aim to create opportunities for social and personal inclusion for all people with Down Syndrome.

where your money goes

100% of all money raised for Longford Westmeath Down Syndrome Branch are used in our area in improve and enhance the lives of our loved ones with Down Syndrome. We provide assistance to families to pay for private Therapies such as Speech and language therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy. We provide Life Skills courses such as Cookery and Farming, Drama, Dance, Gymnastics classes, Home tuition, Lamh sign language courses.

All our funds in our branch are from fundraising. We we receive no other funding.
