where your money goes

In 2020 we have in excess 5,300 clients interventions recorded, all of whom received practical supports, complementary therapies, counselling, education and psychological support free of charge.  The running cost for that year were in excess of €300,000.00 and,  while we are most grateful for the grants allocated to the charity under the Stability Fund Ireland, we  also acknowledge receipt of  a counselling grant from the Irish Cancer Society of €24,000.00.  A Bereavement Counselling grant of €3,200.00 from Tusla, a HSE grant of €2,500.00. there still reamind quite a sizeable shorthfall  in funding.   In  2020 all planned  fundraising activities had to be cancelled resulting in  a much reduced income stream for theyear, placing an added burnden going into 2021.  Please be assured all funds secured through the many and varied virtual events contribute to the day to day running  costs of the centre.  Your support makes a difference and allows us continue with our work, thank you.

We are ever hopefull of a return to onsite services, vaccination and numbers permitting before the end of 2021.   Thank you.again for your support.
