It started as a bit of fun on Twitter but can we make it a reality? Peter Hynes who farms in Aherla, Co. Cork with his wife Paula and daughters Chloe, Becky and Georgie has pledged to EMBRACE his love of farming and wear a pair of pink overalls on Valetines Day! No stranger to charity fundraisers, Peter and his family raised a massive €15,000 for Aware at an open day at their farm in 2017.
Keen to raise money for Embrace Farm - Peter's latest challenge has three fundraising goals:
Goal 1 - €1000 raised - Peter will don the pink overalls on his farm for the day
Goal 2 - €2500 raised - Peter will make a trip to his local coop
Goal 2 - €5000 raised - Peter will visit Corrin Mart, Fermoy and will take a mart selfie from the auctioneers box!
Peter will document his day - sharing lots of photographic evidence and videos on:
