Based on the simple EAT, WALK and TALK message from CUH, I want to encourage people to make some small changes, but commit to them for 60 days - so we can all help each other to age in a healthy way. You chose the challenge that suits you.

I will be walking 150km, changing my eating habits, stretching regularly, and making sure I call a few pals each day. I hope to lose a stone in 60 days.

I've chosen to fundraise for CUH (Cork University Hospital) Charity. 

This money will be invested in Geriatric hospital services which will support the entire Munster Community. I will be making sure the funds raised are used productively to benefit all of us. The predictions are that we will all live longer ----- but let’s work together to ensure we live better and healthier lives as we get older.
