I'm taking part in The Virtual Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle. I will cycle 170kms from 3rd June to 3rd July. My husband John died suddenly of a heart attack and I am doing this event with our two children, Megan & Robert in memory of their lovely Dad. It was the highlight of his year for many years. I hope it also raises awareness of taking care of your heart particularly anyone with a family history of heart disease. 
I've chosen to fundraise for Irish Heart Foundation . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
