Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for Pieta to help them deliver their Resilience Programme to the schools of the South East as quickly as possible.
The Resilience Programme is delivered remotely by 2 facilitators. There is a link to a shared file, including a self care session for teachers, pre-recorded content, 23 page guide and a Microsoft team meetings where teachers ask questions about the content and continued support is given while delivering the course. The Resilience Academy training programme is divided into 4 modules, Change, Connections, Mental Health and Resilience. Work books and resources are provided for by Pieta.

The course is run over 8 weeks with 3 blocks to choose from over the course of the school
year..
We strongly believe that education is the key.We ask everyone to talk to your schools and ask them to take advantage of PIETA with the resilience programme.
What we are trying to do is not just protecting our teenagers of suicidal thoughts its to be more stronger and resillient to deal with any difficult experiences that they might have to deal with.
