Ann’s journey through illness was marked by the unwavering care and compassion of The Hope Cancer Support Centre, which accompanied her from the initial diagnosis to her peaceful days at Knockeen Care Home. Reflexology sessions offered by the Centre brought her tremendous comfort, lighting up her days, giving her back the twinkle in her eyes and allowing her to face treatment with remarkable grace. Ann’s final wish was to channel the love and generosity of her community towards this vital organisation, asking for donations to The Hope Centre in lieu of flowers.
