The past 2 Rock Runs have been extremely different because of the COVID-19 regulations and this year we are finally beginning to return to normal. We are delighted to say that we are back in the college this year for the run. Free raffle tickets for participating in this year's run can be collected between 10.30am and 11am in advance of the run in the warm up area in the sports hall. The raffle for the great prizes will take then take place afterwards back in the sports hall. The run cannot only be done on campus but can be run all over the world. If you are running at another location we encourage to run at the same time and to send us a picture of where you are running to the website link at the bottom of the page. This year we are very happy to be fundraising in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and Aidlink. Here is a little bit about our chosen charities:

Aidlink continues to do incredible work since in the areas of education, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygeine) and Agriculture. Throughout the Covid-19 period Aidlink are delivering food to out-of-school children as lockdowns have cut livelihoods and access to markets and installing hand washing stations as the first line of defence for families.
